All teams must fill out and sign the tournament waiver form. Please download the form, have your players and parents sign and turn in to the Tournament Coordinator.
Sign your team up for our Holiday Indoor soccer tournament. This tournament is open to boys and girls travel teams, ages U9 - U14. The Tournament will be held the weekend of December 27th and 28th at the Fairfax Sportsplex. Deadline for registration is December 18, 2008.
Teams are guaranteed 3 games. Each game will consist of two (2) - 20 minute halves.
To register: Download and print the registration form. Fill out the form and mail with payment to the Fairfax Sportsplex, 6800 Commercial Drive, Springfield, VA 22102. Completed forms can also be submitted in person at the Sportsplex office or snackbar.
