FAIRFAX SPORTSPLEX YOUTH RECREATIONAL SOCCER: LATE FALL / WINTER SEASONS

• “U” stands for “Under” for age groups.
• Individual player registration for U6 – U17 only.
• Fee is per individual or per team (as noted), due with registration.
• Special requests may be listed as a “note” at checkout, but are not guaranteed.
• At the discretion of The Sportsplex management, teams (and/or players) may be moved based on skill, standings and/or current league organization.

No Fairfax County fee for out of County Residents.

FIELDS (2023/2024 Season):

• FIELD 1, 2, 5 : Team 6×6 for Boys (U14 – U19) and Girls (U15 – U19).
  Field 5 is the biggest hard court.
• FIELD 3 : Team 6×6 for Boys (U8 – U13) and Girls (U8 – U14).
  Field 3 is our middle turf field.
• FIELD 4 : Please check your schedule.
  Field 4 is a hard court surface.

AGE GROUPS:

• 6 on 6 leagues : U6 COED, U7-U19 Girls, U7-U19 Boys.

AGE BRACKETS / BIRTH YEAR:

We are using the 2025/2026 season to determine age groups. Players may play up an age group (up to two years) but need league permission to play down.

SESSION NOTES:

• Youth soccer games are played on Saturdays and Sundays, with the exceptions below.
• Session #2 –  may have games on Monday holiday (January).
• Session #3 – may have games on Monday holiday (February).

To pay by check, we recommend using online registration here, and following the instructions to mail a check. You may also print out and complete a form (not currently available online) for either team or individual registration and mail with payment to:

Registration Details:

• Games are played Saturday 7am – 10pm, and Sunday 7am – 8pm.
• Please contact the League Director for specific age group time brackets.
• We accept individual registrations for age groups U6 – U17.
• Children will be grouped together by age to form team.
• We rely on parents to coach teams made up of individuals.
• Teams in Session 1 are guaranteed a spot in Session 2 and Teams in Session 2 are guaranteed a spot in Session 3 only if full payment is received by the registrations deadlines. EARLY REGISTRATION IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
• This league is intended for RECREATION (house) level players only. Each team may only carry 2 Travel (carded) players. Exceptions may only be made by the League Director.

IMPORTANT RULES AND REQUIRED WAIVERS:

All teams will need to submit a team roster signed by each parent. Waiver forms are due at your first game of the season. One form per team. If you are registering as an individual, you will sign the waiver at your first game. The waiver forms can be downloaded and printed:
